Field note 03 / Service tiers
Prices are quoted in UAH and exclude plants and hard materials unless a tier says otherwise. Each range is an estimate and is confirmed only after the on-site assessment.
Free
A full walk of the plot with the eleven field datapoints recorded: soil texture and depth, drainage, aspect, shade hours, wind, existing trees, water source, pressure and yield. No deposit, no purchase requirement and no subscription attached.

UAH 12,000 to 18,000
Layout thinking for the whole plot, tuned to the climate belt it sits in, whether that is Polissia, Forest-Steppe or Steppe. Heavy clay with perched winter water and compacted subsoil on new builds are both handled here, before plants are chosen.

UAH 24,000 to 38,000
The working document for the garden: canopy, shrub, perennial and groundcover layers set out by hydrozone, with stock sizes and planting windows stated plainly.

UAH 60,000 to 95,000
Site attendance while the plan is built, so the amendment specification and the stock sizes are actually what arrives. Plant survival is never guaranteed, and this tier is the studio answer to that: correct material, correct depth, matched irrigation and a disclosed maintenance schedule.

Fees on the service tiers page are given as ranges in UAH because scope follows what the site assessment finds: soil depth, drainage, aspect, and the number of planting layers a plot can actually carry.
