2. Services, estimates, language
We provide landscape design, planting and maintenance. Site texts are informational, not a public offer. Scope, price and schedule bind only in a written estimate signed by both parties; estimates are valid 14 days. 3. Deposit, cancellation, refunds
- A 30% deposit of the estimate confirms the booking.
- Cancellation more than 7 days before start: full deposit refund within 10 business days.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before start: the deposit covers planning work already performed and the balance is refunded.
- After work begins you pay only for completed stages; refunds go to the original payment account.
